Since we installed the pneumatic bollard in our driveway, we feel significantly safer. Our vehicles are clearly visible in the yard, which made us very concerned that someone might steal one of our cars. We simply wanted to prevent anyone from getting onto our property unnoticed, hot-wiring one of our vehicles and driving off with it. So we looked for a solution that both protects and suits the look of our home.
The pneumatic bollard from Braun Antriebe was exactly the right choice for this. At the push of a button, it rises powerfully out of the ground and reliably blocks the driveway.
Installation was surprisingly straightforward as well. Only a small hole had to be dug with a mini excavator to set the bollard unit. Afterwards, the original paving was cleanly and precisely relaid – today no difference can be seen. The assembly was completed quickly and hardly affected our daily routine.
The robust construction is particularly impressive: the bollard is stable, resilient and hard to overcome. At the same time, its discreet, modern design makes it look very elegant. The integrated lighting also provides orientation in the evening and emphasises the high-quality appearance.
The pneumatic drive has worked absolutely reliably since day one. Raising and lowering are quick, smooth and without delay – a real gain in everyday convenience.
