This is made possible by a high-performance motor with a 230-volt direct drive with an exceptionally large power reserve. Thanks to this concentrated power, an electric sliding gate drive from our company is the right choice – especially in difficult situations. Because even at subzero temperatures, our gate drive still operates at full power and completely without heating. Conventional 12- or 24-volt motors usually cannot mobilize the necessary force to move a sliding gate under such extreme weather conditions. Another advantage with which our drive excels: all electrical components are already housed in the fully enclosed drive unit, so additional control boards with transformers and electronics become unnecessary. And via a potential-free contact, the sliding gate can be opened and closed using an intercom system or button (integration standard via KNX, Loxone, or PLC).

Refined sliding gate drive that withstands any weather
Our housings are elaborately made from aluminum and then anodized in a proven finishing process in a matte anthracite color. This makes the material extremely weather-resistant and its surface harder than in the original state. The aluminum can no longer rust or fade and looks significantly more valuable than a plastic housing. For installation, the sliding gate drive is mounted on an angle or a concrete base. The connection to the substrate is made with four screws.
A drive made from the best materials – so that your sliding gate remains functional for a long time
Inexpensive rack gears are usually made of plastic or rust-prone steel. Our rack gears, on the other hand, are milled from a non-rusting 30-millimeter solid material. The manufacturing process is significantly more complex and much more precise. During production, the rods are straightened with a face mill. Then the teeth are milled in.
Normally, the rack gears are inclined upwards. The consequence: dirt, ice, and contaminants accumulate and can impair the running properties up to skipping. Our rack gears are instead rotated by 90°. This allows dirt to reliably drain off and the pinions remain clean throughout their entire service life. The exclusive, round design looks harmonious on any gate. The gear of our sliding gate drives is made from a special, high-strength aluminum. In this way, we achieve the same tensile strength as solid steel, while the metal can no longer rust.
To avoid noise when moving, we use maintenance-free Igus bearings made in Germany. These have very high wear resistance and operate in any weather and temperature.

With these transmitters, you can even adjust the end position of the gate without installing mechanical end stops or magnets. To avoid malfunction, you can protect the buttons of the mini transmitters with a flap. If you need further safety precautions, we can also offer these to you: light barriers, induction loops, and contact loops can be easily connected.
