This bollard withstands over 65km/h with 1.5 tons without breaking. Designed for downtown, it forgives mistakes, problems, sabotage, accidents, road salt, dog urine, and much more... The material V4A stainless steel 1.4571 makes it possible!

If 6mm is not enough stability, this bollard can additionally be filled with concrete.

The total weight with concrete is about 200kg and successfully destroys cars.

We deliver our barrier bollards ready to use - if you have already provided a suitable ground opening, you can install the device directly. The installation is completely straightforward and requires no prior knowledge or craftsmanship expertise. Once installed, the system operates almost maintenance-free: neither oil changes nor heating in subzero temperatures are necessary. Should a repair or component replacement ever be required, the innovative quick coupling of the bollard allows this task to be completed quickly.

Furthermore, there are no locks or other access points on the surface, effectively preventing unauthorized tampering. You alone control the pneumatic bollards by remote control.

What types of drive systems do you offer?

We offer three different drive systems for our bollards:

Electric spindle: Simple connection, but very prone to faults. The technology is fully installed in the bollard and sensitive to water, frost, and stress. Repairs are complex and costly.

Hydraulics: Very powerful, but maintenance-intensive. The hydraulic hose must be replaced every four years, otherwise insurance coverage is void. Here too, everything is installed in the bollard – hard to access and prone to faults.

Compressed air: No technology in the bollard, therefore almost trouble-free. IP69 certified, maintenance-free over many cycles, easy to maintain, even by laypersons. Spare parts are inexpensive and quickly replaceable – ideal for long-term use.

Can I install the bollard myself?

Yes, installation is straightforward and possible without a specialist company. You only need a hole 1.2 m deep and 80 × 80 cm in area. The bollard is inserted with a sling, aligned, and backfilled with compacted sand. Then lay paving stones – done.

The bollard is pre-assembled ready for connection. On request, we offer free installation assistance via WhatsApp or email. Simply send pictures – we check everything and provide feedback on whether the installation is correct.
