Intelligent street control for retractable bollards – with Loxone technology

Function Description

The bollard is always extended when idle and can be lowered in various ways:

• Timer
• Radio transmitter
• Induction loop
• Network or app control

After a control command, the bollard reliably lowers and remains down until the vehicle has completely passed through.

The integrated traffic light control then automatically switches to red and the bollard extends again – fully monitored to prevent accidents.

The intelligent control prevents:

• Unauthorized access (e.g., by foreign vehicles)
• Misoperations (e.g., multiple button presses)
• Access errors due to unsynchronized remote controls

Scope of Delivery

• Complete control unit in a robust DIN rail housing for wall or control cabinet mounting
• Loxone Mini Server Gen 2, pre-configured with our software “Street Control”
• Induction loop module with 2 × 50 m cable, direction-detecting
• Connection options for:
• Traffic light control (red/green)
• LED warning lights, flashing light, signal generator
• Switches, push buttons, fingerprint modules
• License plate recognition, fire brigade signal
• 868 MHz radio receiver including external antenna and 5 m connection cable (range up to 100 m)
• Light control (12 V) for bollard lighting
• Remote control option via app, network or service provider
• Optional: Customizable programming according to customer requirements
