The rack gears are made from non-rusting hard aluminum in-house on a state-of-the-art CNC milling machine. The 30 mm solid material is extremely durable and particularly resistant to abrasion and weather influences. No more ugly plastic rack gears. They are not very stable, often defective, and usually visually downgrade the expensive gate. The round rack gear, on the other hand, looks elegant, is extremely stable, and easy to install.

For a 4-meter-long gate, you need 7 individual rack gears. Any gate sizes can be easily realized this way. Contact us for custom-made solutions.

Important note:

Mounting material must be provided on site or ordered additionally. 
You need M6 threaded screws in stainless steel or zinc-plated steel for mounting. If the gate has a thickness of 10 cm, use a 12 cm long M6 threaded screw. Three screws per rack gear and 6 washers are required.
