five meters of connection cable in a flexible armored hose.

Easy to assemble and low maintenance

We deliver our barrier bollards in finished condition - if you have already provided a suitable ground opening, you can install the device directly. The installation is completely straightforward and requires no prior knowledge or craftsmanship expertise. Once installed, the system operates almost maintenance-free: neither oil changes nor heating in freezing temperatures are necessary. Should a repair or component replacement ever be required, the innovative quick coupling of the bollard allows this task to be completed quickly.

If you want to equip your property with robust barrier posts, our models will certainly convince you: The base material is high-performance stainless steel of the V4A type, which has proven itself in a variety of demanding industrial applications. As a result, the Poller not only effortlessly withstand collisions with approaching cars but also endure extreme temperature and weather conditions. Moreover, the stainless steel housing provides an attractive appearance.

On the technical side, it should be emphasized that our barrier posts operate almost entirely without electronic components inside, which significantly reduces their susceptibility to faults. Furthermore, there are no locks or other access points on the surface, effectively preventing unauthorized access. You alone operate the pneumatic bollards via remote control.

What types of drive systems do you offer?

We offer three different drive systems for our bollards:

Electric spindle: Simple connection, but very prone to malfunctions. The technology is fully built into the bollard and sensitive to water, frost, and stress. Repairs are complex and costly.

Hydraulics: Very powerful, but maintenance-intensive. The hydraulic hose must be replaced every four years, otherwise insurance coverage is void. Here too, everything is built into the bollard – hard to access and vulnerable.

Compressed air: No technology in the bollard, therefore almost trouble-free. IP69 certified, maintenance-free over many cycles, easy to maintain, even by laypersons. Spare parts are inexpensive and quickly replaceable – ideal for permanent use.

Can I install the bollard myself?

Yes, installation is straightforward and possible without a specialist company. You only need a hole 1.2 m deep and 80 × 80 cm in area. The bollard is inserted with a sling, aligned, and backfilled with compacted sand. Then lay paving stones – done.

The bollard is pre-assembled ready for connection. On request, we offer free installation assistance via WhatsApp or email. Simply send pictures – we check everything and provide feedback on whether the installation is correct.
