Only an extremely powerful direct drive with a 230 V tubular motor can achieve this. Compared to conventional 12 V or 24 V motors, this drive is a real powerhouse. Confident in every difficult situation and unstoppable. Even at subzero temperatures, where low-voltage drives usually falter, full power is still available.
The completely enclosed drive unit withstands all adversities and is even protected against salt-containing meltwater. Via a potential-free contact, the gate can be opened and closed using an intercom system or button (integration via KNX, Loxone, or PLC is standard).
The racks are milled from a non-rusting, 30 mm solid material and installed rotated by 90°. This allows dirt to reliably drain off, and the entire drive including the pinion, also milled from solid material in our own production, stays clean all year round. Maintenance-free IGUS bearings with very high wear resistance additionally reduce noise.
